1.1 Quantity Surveying And Building Economists:-
BAM Associates offers a wide range of services covering the broad spectrum of Quantity Surveying. This summary of work done in these areas includes:-

1.2 Preliminary And First Budget Estimate:-
This is the preparation of the approximate element costs based on client's brief/Architect's sketch designs and advise on the type of contract best suited.

1.3 Contract Documentations:-
This includes the preparation of the bills of quantities, form of tender, preliminaries and contract conditions necessary for obtaining tenders from contractors.  If requested we can assist the client/employer in pre-qualification of contractors and advise upon the list of suitable firms to be invited to tender.

1.4 Tender Report And Analysis:-
This involves the preparation of tender report to enable client/employer decide on a suitable contractor to award the contract and pricing bills of quantities as basis for comparing tenders.

1.5 Contract Administration:-
This includes the monthly supervision and inspection of work in progress. Also included are the preparation of contract interim valuation; report on estimates and financial statements.

1.6 Final Account/Claims settlement:-
This settlement is based on the original contract sum for the main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers etc taking into account variations and fluctuations during the execution of the project.
